🔥 POOL & SPA HEATING ADD-ON • $50/night + tax for full stay during October - April • $40/night + tax for full stay during May - September • Request at least 48 hours before check-in and it will be warmed up for arrival (88 degree for pool, 98 degrees for spa). ⚠️ POOL SAFETY Florida law requires child safety alarms on all pool-access sliding doors. Ours automatically resets after use. The backyard is fully fenced. 📏 POOL & SPA DIMENSIONS Pool: 20 ft × 10 ft | Shallow end: 3 ft | Deep end: 5 ft | Spa depth: 3 ft 🚫 NO PETS This home is strictly pet-free.
