Storybook Stay is a 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom private vacation home in the gated Encore community in Kissimmee, about 15 minutes from Walt Disney World. It sleeps 10, with a private bathroom for every bedroom and four themed suites kids love. The fenced backyard has no rear neighbors, a private pool and spa (heat available), BBQ grill, and outdoor dining. Inside: a game room, a fully equipped kitchen with two dishwashers, baby essentials, fast WiFi, laundry, and self check-in.

Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times and for following all posted safety instructions. ▶ Resort Amenities – This home does not include access to Encore Resort’s waterpark or shared amenities. Storybook Stay is a fully private villa. ▶ No Shoes Indoors – Please remove shoes inside to help keep the home clean for all guests. ▶ Starter Supplies – We provide an initial set of essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, 2 paper towel rolls, a sponge, and laundry detergent. Additional items can be purchased at nearby Walmart or Publix.
